So is Ksenia Solo's 'Kenzi' still in the show? And if so, is she still a main character? She's definitely still on the show. No idea how much screen time she's getting.

Well, maybe next year. I can't even get a re-tweet on this from cast and crew! lol
Once the Americans see the show, things may get moving along in the fandom, but right now, its a bit of a dud eh?

So its been semi-announced via Twitter that season 2 of Lost Girl is being extended to 22 episodes. Thoughts? I'm not sure. As a big Being Human fan, I loved the short 6 ep series. The US show had its pluses, but a full season wasn't one of them. It seemed very slow and meandering at times. 13 eps for Season 1 of Lost Girl kept it fairly tight and focussed. I hope this is a good thing, but I have doubts. ETA: as of July 6, no official word on this. Kris Holden-Ried has tweeted an apology about jumping the gun on the announcement. (I'm betting they're saving the big news for Comic Con!?) ETA: July 8--officially announced via media release!

Join fans of Showcase's hit t.v. show "Lost Girl" at the Slainte Irish Pub in Hamilton, Ontario on Sunday September 4th. Slainte Irish Pub official siteThe event will will run from 7--11pm. Admission will be a minimum of $5/person with all proceeds going to the Canadian Cancer Society. Season 2 of "Lost Girl" premieres at 9pm. Join fans to watch on the 126" screen upstairs at the Slainte--which just happens to be where episode 8 scenes at the Dal were filmed. As most fans know, episode 8 was filmed almost a year ahead of the rest of the show. The Dal is now a set in studio, but was based on the upstairs venue at the Slainte. Trick won't be behind the bar, but a full menu and drinks will be available while you enjoy the show! Before the premiere, we'll be celebrating by watching favourite episodes and fan videos. There will be a trivia contest and costume contest if enough interest is generated. I'm going to contact the production company and ask for a small prop/costume display. Not sure if this will be possible though. The room has a limit of 90, so at this time, I'm just putting word out to see if there is enough interest in getting this off the ground. The staff at the Slainte are 100% behind the effort! Please reply below if you're interested or if you have comments, questions etc. If you don't want to sign up at the this board, send me a 'tweet' @findinglostgirl or write an e-mail to : louv2000@yahoo.com Thanks everybody!
