Sorry... Bit late but...
Faetal Justice
This week on Lost Girl: When Dyson wakes up bloody and without the last eight hours of memory, he finds himself accused of murdering Ba’al, a close associate of The Morrigan's pet psychopath, Vex, and takes refuge in Trick's bar, invoking sanctuary. It's up to Bo and Kenzi to recreate Dyson's lost hours and to find the real killer before the forces of the Fae, both light and dark, join forces to take Dyson's head. If Trick tries to prevent it, there may be more blood spilled... and an all-out war amongst the Fae might ensue.
In the end, Bo and Kenzi fight to find the truth amid a morass of old hostilities and twisted loves... and get the proof to Dyson in time to save his life.

Not enough Dyson in a Dyson-centric episode! how is that possible? They really need to make each week about an hour longer.
I watched live last night and just did a quick review this morning (mainly the Dyson and Vex bits). I could watch a show just featuring Vex and The Morrigan--those 2 really know how to chew the scenery. Hilarious. Was it me or was the dialogue a bit off this week? Bo saying that Vex might be 'sweet on her'? is it 1950? And I noticed some weird repeating of phrases by Dyson during one conversation that was 'off' (almost like they missed a typo or the editing was off).
They are certainly pushing the Bo/Dyson pairing and making it very clear that she wants to know him, really know him. So that when she finds out he's been deceiving her....well....season 1 cliffhanger here we come. I bet she runs back to Lauren.

Hello, Elvee. I have definate thoughts about this ep.... I was at first stunned by sheer amount of shirtless redheads that I had to rewatch this one a couple of times before passing in my verdict. The Good- love Dyson, I think he is the most interesting character, and I loved a D centric ep (although I must admit I think I really like Hale the best, that smile:)) - enjoyed the Bo/Dyson but it seemed really rushed and forced. Wasn't he kicking her out of bed just a few eps back? Huh. That kinda got glossed over and then they we're back on. Was it because Lauren's out of the pic? Really? I don't understand how he wanted Bo to heal on her own for her own good. Then, they are a thing again. What? - Like the effects, nice and subtle. - Loved the Trick and Ash parts. Adding some layers, some tension. All is not well in Fae town. Did not like:- The Scooby doo ending. Kenzie says "This is how it went down..." after Bo had clearly told us. Then we got a recap of scenes. I expected Silas to say, "And I woulda got away with it...if it hadn't been for you pesky kids..." or something like that... - wouldn't a "shifter" who "tracks and hunts for a living" smell another scent of a different wolf on Ba'al? Or was Dyson still out of it when he woke up....THIS REALLY BOTHERED me....all the way through. - there are three clear witnesses to Dyson's explosion at the bar. But Silas is not considered a real suspect until Bo stumbles across the bracelet the club girl is wearing. okay, okay *deep breath* I'm done. Still loved the shirtlessness ;D ........a lot!

Love it and so true!
I always considered Dyson a blonde, but ya know what, I think you're right. Definitely on the red side of blonde. Now I'll be picturing KHR as Jamie in the Outlander series! thanks! ;D

Interesting episode. Did have slight inconsistencies with storyline (Bo/Dyson relationship on/off/on?? make your minds up plz lol); human eyewitness "knowing" about the Fae and they let her go wandering off with that knowledge. Does Ash know that Trick is the Blood King? Or do they just hate one another for some reason? Interested to find out how Dyson knows about Trick's secret then. Vex, the uber creep takes it up a notch and goes super freak on Bo with the "dance" bit. I find I love to hate that guy. Hope Vex 'creeps' into more shows in the next season XD
mssnickerpants makes some excellent points about the good and bad of the episode.
Elvee isn't the only one who thought the dialogue was a bit odd at times through the show.
As for the preview of next week's ep. Oh boy, is it gonna hit the fan if Dyson lets Bo know he and Trick have known more about her than they let on? End the season off with a bang (of Bo having a blow out with Dyson??) haha

i agree with almost everything said in the previous posts about this episode. dialogue: definitely off. kenzi only really had one scene where she sounded like kenzi, imo. scooby-doo ending: didn't see it at the time, but now that you mention it, very true. there was also the "back-to-school special"-ness of kenzi and portia's interactions. especially when they're drinking white wine on the couch. that dialogue seemed contrived. and really... two little goth girls sitting on the couch sipping white wine out of reidel glasses?... i also don't understand the whole blood king thing... some people seem to know, but nobody talks about it? and if people do know, why does it seem like he's keeping it a secret from kenzi and bo? i get why dyson knows, but only because in an interview kris said that dyson has recently returned from going rogue, but had come back to serve his old king. wolf scent: didn't think about that either, but yeah! he totally should have picked that up! as far as bo and d-man's relationship, this is my long-winded take: he cut her off for 'healing' because he was jealous and hurt over her relationship with lauren, but was trying to be a big strong man, so didn't want her to know that was why. bo had made it clear a couple of times that she wanted him to step up and tell her that he cared for her, but he backed away each time. until the night at vex's club (the whole "They won't stop until you're dead" - "I don't care" - " I do" exchange). this happens to coincide with lauren's betrayal, and i think both events cause her to choose dyson. at the beginning of fae day, dyson says it's been a while, and she says she's had a lot to think about. seems to me from the point where he tells her he cares on, he gets more and more into her, and tries to express his feelings ("you know i do what i can to protect you", "nowhere else i'd rather be", etc...), and things grow from there. seems to me that dyson's pretty head-over-heels for bo, and i have a sneaking suspicion that if she reacts badly toward him when she finds out the truth (and who wouldn't) he may go just a little postal... but i guess we'll all see soon enough! looks like next week's going to have a good helping of humour thrown in with the drama. dyson in tennis wear?? awesome.
